With specialized training in sports and musculoskeletal medicine, Dr. Bondow is able to offer expertise and treatments above the level of most primary care physicians. He is passionate about helping athletes obtain their sports-related goals as well as help all his patients achieve their desired level of fitness or return to a previous level of activity.

- Counseling on pre-activity training

- Visits for acute injuries on a consult basis or included with membership
- Laceration Repair
- Diagnostic Ultrasound exams
- Therapeutic Ultrasound-guided injections
Chronic Injuries
- Visits for injuries on a consult basis or included with membership
- Develop patient-specific plans for diagnosis and management
- Working closely with physical therapists to monitor progress
- Palpation and Ultrasound-guided injections
